26th & Sunday, September 27th 10 am - 6 pm Aerosol Warfare Gallery will
become AW Garage Sale Fundraiser! Due to the economic slow down over the
summer, Aerosol Warfare Gallery experienced a bigger than expected lag
in revenue needed to keep the basic daily operations. Please join us for
a weekend filled with arts, music, light bites, and raffle items.
Aerosol Warfare Crew and many of the gallery's closest friends will be
at this weekend long event!
Aerosol Warfare has been a vital part of Houston's unique art history! Since 1990, Aerosol Warfare has done their best to present top quality exhibitions, entertainment, events and more! Over the last two years the current gallery location has shown over 50 artists such as GIVE UP, Reverend Butter, Dirk Strangley, Paper Ballet, Dual, Ack, Weah, Sode, Eyesore, Sloke, Spain and other group and solo exhibitions. Most, if not all, of these events have been Free to the public. Alongside this, Aerosol Warfare has kept an active role in supporting other causes, organizations & events via donations, sponsorships, and volunteering. Aerosol Warfare is Houston's first and only gallery that focuses on exhibiting local and national graffiti, street/urban artists. Aerosol Warfare Gallery is hidden deep within Houston's newly acclaimed EADO district. Aerosol Warfare has shared personal and professional experiences with local, regional and national street and urban artists exhibiting and visiting Houston. Aerosol Warfare strives to be a supportive role in the community to artists who make transitions from train boxcars to art galleries or other professional and personal avenues.
Come browse items from Aerosol Warfare collections and archives such as: original artwork from well-known artists, vintage clothing, music, classic Aerosol Warfare memorabilia and more! The garage sale will also include: new to gently used clothing, furniture, memorabilia, electronics, books, records, artwork, hand made goods, and more! Come get a great deal and support the cause!
Supporters can also purchase raffle tickets and win some exceptional items from local shops and more! Raffle tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. All proceeds will go straight to the gallery to continue its arts community companionship.
