9/27/2011 Houston— The American College of
Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (ACAOM), Houston’s only accredited
college of Oriental medicine, will celebrate its 20 year anniversary on
Friday, September 30, 2011. This years Gala will be held at the George R
Brown Convention Center in Ballrooms B and C, and it will feature such
spectacles as aerial acrobatics, and authentic Chinese dragon dancers.
Doors open at 6:00pm, and we cordially invite the Houston media to join us to document the cultural pulse of the city as we celebrate 20 years of community service, research, and the preparing of students for careers in acupuncture and Oriental medicine.
ACAOM is located in Southwest Houston at 9100 Park West Dr, Houston, TX 77063. We are nationally accredited to offer a four-year Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and we are a candidate for regional accreditation through the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
