Travel Review: Dubai, Saudi Arabia

Dubai is the second largest of seven Emirates that comprise the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The population of the UAE is estimated at 2.6 million and Dubai's population is estimated at 700,000. Dubai's area is some 3,900 sq. km. Although the capital of the UAE is Abu Dhabi, (approximately a two-hour drive from Dubai), Dubai is the centre of trade and tourism. In fact, Dubai's economy is largely based on trading, manufacturing and tourism with only 20% actually being contributed from oil sales.
