6/1/2007-- A new report says more than two-thirds of Chinese who study abroad choose not to return home, creating a serious 'brain drain' in China, state media reported Friday. The study by the government-controlled Chinese Academy of Social Sciences said that just over a million Chinese had studied overseas between 1978 and last year, but less than 30 percent came back, the China Daily reported.
