China’s
consumer prices rose at the fastest pace in more than two years, despite
Beijing's attempts to curb price rises.
The nation’s consumer price index - or CPI, a key measure of inflation - rose 4.4 per cent on year in October, compared with 3.6 per cent in September, the National Bureau of Statistics said today.
