Chinese calendar has a little extra significance this year, as it
coincides with the Christian tradition of St Valentine's Day. In the
Chinese tradition, Feb 14
this year is the New Year "visiting day" when Chinese people
traditionally give presents to show love and care for others, and also
make a fresh start.
