Chinese Vegetarian Dishes - Mouthful of Flavor

You can celebrate your vegetarianism by choosing a great Chinese vegetarian recipe. There are many vegetarian recipes, but none so flavorful and eye appealing as the Chinese versions. You will probably have to visit an Asian grocery store to find some of these, but most should be available in your local market or online.

The dishes should look colorful with a variety of vegetables. It's important that Chinese vegetarian dishes display a good balance of textures and colors as well as flavors. Interestingly, you will frequently find dishes resembling a type of meat or seafood.
