agribusinesses situated directly behind resorts popular with tourists.
She told of how large buyers dictate which seed stock the indoor farmers
must use -- patented tomato seed from Holland -- and showed immigrant
workers from North Africa living in shacks slapped together from old
plastic and packing crates from the greenhouses.
