5/20/2009 (Houston, TX)-- The Houston
Public Library invites the community to the opening reception of the
photography art exhibition Enchanting Taiwan. The 38 photos in this
exhibition, each taken by one of Taiwan s top photographers, reveal the
island s superb nature and culture, providing a fresh perspective on
Taiwan s enchanting beauty. As part of the reception, calligraphy and
paper-cutting artists will demonstrate their work and provide guests
with souvenirs to take home. The reception will be held on Thursday, May
21st at 6 PM, at the Houston Public Library Central Library, 500
McKinney, 77002, 832-393-1313.
