1/26/2010-- On Jan. 12, the Caribbean
nation of Haiti was rocked by a 7.0 magnitude earthquake which shattered
most of the buildings in the nearby capital of Port au Prince, including
the presidential palace and killed over 110,000 Haitian citizens and
residents from other countries and made at least three million people
into instant refugees amid devastated infrastructure.
