5/2/2006 Houston -- Asian American Business Council, Inc. (AABC) will be holding a Town Hall Meeting at the Chinese Community Center Friday, May 12 from 8:30am-10:00am. The reason for the early time is to meet the needs of business owners before they open their businesses.

AABC is a non-profit organization formed by local commercial property owners and developers, bankers and business owners in Houston Chinatown to:

1. improve and coordinate security issues,
2. beautify the area,
3. promote Southwest Houston Chinatown to broaden business opportunities.

Purpose: recently, we see a spike in crime activities in this area so we invite all business owners to come to this Town Hall Meeting to discuss ways to curb these activities.
