10/15/2011-- Jacob is 4 years old, living with his parent
in Arlington, Texas. Jacob has a disease call HLH (hemophagocytic
lymphohistiocytosis). It is an autoimmune disorder. His doctor said he
has about 3 weeks to live, and there is only hope for surviving is bone
marrow transplant from adult. Jacob has a cord blood transplant at Cooks
Children Hospital in Fort Worth 4 weeks ago, but cord blood did not
