Real Estate LLC announced that it honored CENTURY 21 Southwest, located in
Houston, Texas, with the 2007 Century 21 Marsh Fisher Diversity Award during the
CENTURY 21 International Convention held at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino
in Las Vegas. Established in 1999, the Century 21 Marsh Fisher Diversity Award
is given annually to a Century 21 System franchise for its extraordinary
commitment to cultural diversity and improving minority homeownership.

Li is an Asian-American born in Taiwan and raised in Hong Kong. He began his
real estate career in Houston in the early 1980s and later affiliated with the
Century 21 System in 1998. As a minority business owner, Li has spent more than
two decades promoting the positive benefits of homeownership, particularly among
Houston's growing Asian-American population.
Li served as the founding president of the Greater Houston Chinese Real Estate
Association and the Asian American Real Association and stands as the president
liaison to Hong Kong for the National Association of Realtors®.
