Shui-bian continued his hunger strike at a hospital on yesterday to
protest at what he said was a witch hunt against him, an aide said.
Chen was sent back to his detention center outside Taipei Thursday after complaining of feeling unwell at a court hearing to decide if he should be bailed on corruption charges.
