5/24/2012-- The very first food festival on train was held in mid April onboard the T112 train travelling from Hangzhou to Lanzhou. The festival lasted for one month and passengers had the opportunities to taste some famous dishes originated from Hangzhou or north-west of China such as Pita Bread Soaked in Lamb Soup, Dried Bamboo and Duck Soup and West Lake Fish in Vinegar Gravy
