7/25/2010-- Two earthquakes and several aftershocks hit
various parts of
Taiwan
yesterday, but no major damage or casualties were reported.
The first quake measured 4.0 and struck Northeast Taiwan's Ilan County at 7:41 a.m., the Central Weather Bureau said. The epicenter was located 24km under the ground 20km southwest of Nan'ao. The tremor was only felt in Ilan and Hualien County and near Mount Hohuan, the bureau said.
