9th Annual Chili Fest. Sunset Valley Farmers Market hosts the annual event that showcases locally grown chilies and peppers, live music and games for kids. Chili Fest events last from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Location: Toney Burger Center.
The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. This wonderful adaptation of C.S. Lewis' classic faithfully recreates the magic and mystery of Asian, the great lion, his struggle with the evil White Witch, and the adventures of four children who inadvertently wander through an old wardrobe into the never-to-be-forgotten land of Narnia.
