Gruene Town Lighting. Gruene closes out the many festivities of the day with a brass band street performance at 5pm followed by the annual town lighting at 6pm when Cowboy Kringle rides into town on horseback and hands out candy canes to the kids. Free admission.
Trans-Siberian Orchestra. TSO puts on an over-the-top audio/visual spectacular complete with lasers, pyrotechnics and state of the art lighting with a ticket price that starts as low as $25 allowing generations of fans to be enthralled year after year.
Bat Watching
The 1.5 million Mexican free-tailed bats that live beneath the Congress Avenue
