World Music with Atash. The international musical group Atash, led by Iranian vocalist Mohammad Firoozi, mixes musicians from the Middle East, India, Europe, Africa and the Americas. Music begins at 10 p.m. and cost of admission is $7. Location: Esquina Tango, 209 Pedernales St.
Amir M. Lyles' "Africa Create Us". Experience the collection of acrylic paintings on Africa-shaped boards, wood and canvas mounted on wood. Lyles aims to show the ways art and life often intermix in African cultures. Event ID: 7/19
Children's Day Art Park.
