Texas State Arts Festival
This festival will feature all that is great about Texas. Texas arts & crafts
vendors will show off their works, performances by a variety of Texas bands,
Texas foods and theatrical historical performances. The festival also will have
all sorts of children's activities making for a well rounded family event.

Austin Chocolate Festival
The festival includes up to 25 vendors including chocolatiers, bakeries,
patisseries, restaurants, hotels, caterers and resorts. The participating
vendors offer samples to festival guests. Guests also enjoy and participate in

This semi-autobiographical, madcap farce is one of Noel Coward's finest and
funniest comedies. Stylishly attired and devastatingly charismatic, Garry
Essendine is a famous, self-dramatizing actor who never met a mirror he didn't
like. He teeters reluctantly towards middle age, while everyone who encounters

Power to the People: The Electrification of Rural Texas
Walk into a world before television, computers, the i-pod, even refrigerators
and running water. The exhibit, Power to the People: The Electrification of
Rural Texas, is a unique story of one of the most dramatic events in Texas
history. Rural Texas in the 1930s was still in the dark as electric lines hadn’t
penetrated the beautiful, but rugged Texas Hill Country. Location: LBJ Library

Bat Watching
The 1.5 million Mexican free-tailed bats that live beneath the Congress Avenue
