Cedar Park Bydee Art Festival. The festival is a celebration of community and diversity featuring artist booths, live steel band music, food concessions, limbo contest, big wheel races, video games, artist fair, arts & crafts fair, jugglers, inflatables, caricatures, stilt walkers, train rides, balloon twisting by Kiwi the Clown, face painting, Cedar Park K-9 Unit demonstration, art projects and much more fun for the whole family.
