2nd Annual Asia Food Fest: A Culinary Passport to Asia
Enjoy Three Delicious Days of Asian & Asian Inspired Cuisines. Featuring
multiple celebrations, an Asian Market Day and even a Texas-style Iron Chef
Competition, this is an enjoyable event for industry professionals, families and
students. This year’s event features distinguished Asian chefs from across Texas
as well as culinary experts from places as far as Thailand. The chefs will offer
cooking classes and food and wine tasting events for event participants.

Rehearsing the American Dream: Arthur Miller's Critical Theater
The American playwright Arthur Miller (1915-2005) articulated an unparalleled
engagement with his historical moment through such plays as Death of a Salesman
and The Crucible. The exhibition uses Miller's plays to explore conscience in
its theatrical expression: as an intertwined and interdependent political and
