5/18/2006 Houston -- This year's Starry Night Market & Festival (hosted by OCA) which is in conjunction with the celebration of the 16th Annual Asian Pacific Heritage Month & Communities in Action was an amazing event. Hundreds of people showed up to the first ever Asian night market event in Houston.
Diverse cultural performances, Asian and Western
BBQ, country western dancers, a film showcased "Grassroots", plenty of advocacy groups,
social clubs, professional associations, craft and art vendors, and food stands
were all part of the night market celebration.
