休士頓長生學3月20日年會

The Houston Chang Sen Xue Association Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, 3/20/2010 at C.C.C. (see time and location below). The main purpose of this meeting is to elect the six new directors for years 2010 and 2011. These directors are devoted members who volunteer to serve at a much higher standard. They are working directors who are here to serve for HCSXA.
If you are a HCSXA Standing Member in year 2009 (see note for detail), it will be greatly appreciated if you can spare your time and participate in this annual event for HCSXA new board election. Only the Standing Members are eligible to elect or serve as Board of Directors for HCSXA. If you are not sure whether you have enrolled in the 2009 HCSXA membership, please review the attached file for member name list that have signed up. We also welcome any nomination for the directors, if you would like to suggest any HCSXA Standing Member for 2010 director please reply to this email with name and contact information.
