Vegetable Growing Coordinator Job Description
1. Production
• Develop planting schedule (Weekly and seasonally)
• Purchase seeds and plants
• Quality control of vegetables including watering, soil loosening, weeds removal, insect control, and fertilizer application
• Develop harvest schedule (weekly and seasonally)

2. Marketing
• Decide weekly sale schedule for vegetables
• Post weekly sales including types of vegetables and prices to members in the mailing list
• Collect and compile individual weekly orders from members
• Coordinate delivery schedule from the production sites to LSA office

3. Data management
• Maintain both hard copies and electronic forms of data related to production ( types and amount of vegetables produced and its related expenses), marketing (types and amount of vegetables sold and its related revenues), membership records, and volunteer log (# of volunteers and # of hours donated)
