The Scene:
Hip, cafe style with a touch
of class is a good description of Tapioca House. Design
is very clean and modern. Artwork from fellow patrons
hang on the wall for display really complements the
atmosphere of this place. There is plenty of room for
people to come in and play card games, talk, or do
homework. This is the perfect place for conversations
with a client, date, or just hang out.
The Food:
Tapioca House serves
traditional Taiwanese meals and snacks. Their main
focus, however, is on Bubble tea and other drinks like
coffee. They
have a huge list of teas, fruit drinks, and smoothies to
try. Their meals and snacks are tasteful and just like
how it should be made.
Heads Up:
Wireless internet is available
here free of charge!! They also have buy promotion where
after the 10th drink, the next one is free. This is a
great place for all people of all ages to come and relax
and enjoy life.

I am "in love" with Tapioca House! The food and
drinks are so good...I'm always dying for the chicken nuggets! I used to live
far away so I couldn't go as often but now I moved back a little closer so this
will be my routine lunch/dinner spot again! I've been going for years and I've
never encountered anyone rude. I will always recommend this place, it's the
best!!

Tapioca House has some of the rudest and most
impolite staff! They treat the customers with NO respect and think they're too
good to be there. If you spend more than 10 seconds trying to figure out what to
order, the staff will give you a dirty look by rolling her eyes. I will say that
their prices are decent, but the food & drinks are average. When I ordered an
iced coffee, the bottom of my cup was completely filled with coffee grounds!
Basically, with the rude staff and bad service, I definitely won't be going back
there again.

Olivia M. Some staff are very
nice but some are rude, I guess it just depends on their mood for the day. The
food there are especially good, calamari and pancakes are so far my favorite! I
like the Jasmine milk tea and tapioca, most drinks are pretty decent yet I found
their coffee are a little lacking except for a couple famous one. Is a great
place to hang out and do homework with wireless internet, HOWEVER, the
temperature in the store are off, it is always overly hot.

India D. I have never been to
such a good tapioca house in my life. We go every Friday night and we have made
great friends with the people who work there. Since we come so much They always
know what we want its so much fun to just come and talk and the service is
great. It's always crowded. I recommend the Tapioca Milk Tea with Tapioca and
the Mango smoothie with mango star jelly (or lychee). Sometimes me and my mom
get the crispy chicken nuggets (mmmmmmmmmm so good).

Frances T. I really love this
place! The service was nice and prompt and the bubble tea was refreshing and
delicious. The only thing you should really be aware of is if you use
credit/debit cards, there is a $5 minimum purchase. I love the mango snow ice
bubble tea and the regular milky bubble tea. I'm really surprised anyone would
give a negative review on the customer service because my husband and I felt the
staff was friendly. We plan on coming back :)

Tiffany L. The place is good,
but it is not great. Everything from the taste on down is satisfying at times, I
guess it depends on how the person likes it. But their service is rather rude
when they do not feel like they have to be polite when taken orders. Since it's
an Asian place, most likely their manners aren't well trained. That still does
not give them the right to treat any people with less respect unless they have
it coming for them. This does not count towards the men that works there, it's
the ladies that can't control their mood swings or something. Learn to do
service or become jobless! Take what you can learn from the job or get the hell
out!!

Angela D. I can't believe
anyone would say anything bad about this place. I love the young, hip atmosphere
and friendly staff. Service on the drinks is very fast, but food is fresh and
takes a bit longer. It's hot and tasty when you get it though! The girl that
helps me always suggests new drinks and lets me try lots of samples. The passion
fruit milk tea with tapioca is the absolute best. I have tried it at several
other places and so far nothing else compares. Come try it, they deserve the
business cuz their drinks and food are delicious!

Howard T. Great place to
chill. Wireless internet is a plus. Serves tapioca (bubble
tea) Taiwanese style, like how it's supposed to be.

JC. Well let's just start
with what I like about Tapioca House, since it's short. I like the Tap Chicken
since it reminds me of Taiwan. Otherwise, the place is an overrated, conceited
little establishment. The service is absolutely terrible. It takes fifteen years
for them to actually notice you're waiting for them. And another five hours to
take your order. The manager of the place just sits on her ass and looks at her
computer even though it's clear that customers are waiting be served. Once I
find another place that serves the chicken, I'm out. I recommend Star Snow Ice;
their drinks are much larger, tapioca much tastier, and the price is about the
same. And they actually put ice in your drink.

Caroline Nice laid-back
atmosphere, great for chillin' with friends. Great tea. My favorite snack is
their spicy dry bean curd. You can get it in mild, medium, or very spicy. The
chewy texture is just right. The fried chicken snack is a friend's favorite -
the basil gives it a great flavor.

Fred Only thing to say about
Tapioca House is
Free Wireless Internet Access!! and bubble tea. To me, this
beats the local Starbucks because bubble tea is cheaper, taste
better, and the store does not charge money to access the internet. The
atmosphere is comfy and this place is great to have meetings or
have a conversation.

My friend took me here one weekend and he
told me that this was the place to get bubble tea. I have never had
bubble tea in my life and boy does it taste good! It has to be the best
coffee alternative. I am definitely coming back for more!!
