Exhibit Open: 12/10-12/18 @ Chinese Culture Center

Today marks the opening ceremony of the Houston Chinese Photographic Society exhibition at the Chinese Culture Center (10303  Westoffice  Dr, Houston, TX 77042). The exhibit showcases each members best photographic works. Member photographers, most done as a leisure activity, travel around the world to capture the perfect moment of sceneries, people, landscape, and animals. About 70% of the photos were taken in China and the rest throughout the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. "Each photo captures a meaning," says one photographer.

This year's exhibition also marks the 15th year anniversary of the Houston Chinese Photographic Society. To celebrate this moment and the opening of the exhibition, distinguished guests around Houston were on hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony. On hand to give opening remarks were President of the Chinese Culture Center, President of the American Photographic Society, and the President of the Houston Chinese Photographic Society.
