Houston Japanese Festival. 11am-5pm at Hermann Park. The Japan Festival is held in Hermann Park (near downtown Houston) and provides a wide variety of opportunities to absorb the rich and diverse culture of JapanPast 18 consecutive years, the Japan Festival has been consistently growing and proudly supports over 20,000 attendees each year. In 2009, a local publisher Houston Press rated it as the "Best Festival in Houston". This year's main attraction is the group called Oyama x Nitta Duo.
