Men's Clay Court Tennis Championship. Houston events at River Oaks Country Club. The second longest-running USTA National Championship in Houston remains in Houston thru at least 2012. Only the US Open has a longer history. The club hosted its first tennis tournament in 1931 and was part of the professional tennis circuit from 1970 through 1984 before deciding to have a one-week exhibition instead. Where Clouds Disperse: Ink Paintings by Suh Se-ok. Over his 40-year career, Suh Se-ok has incorporated his traditional training with his Modernist sensibility to create dynamic works that embody his artistic vision.
