India Fest 2008. Houston events at the Convention Center. ICC (India Culture Center) was incorporated in June 1973. ICC is a non-profit and secular organization, serving as a coordinating link among all major Indian Organizations and Individuals of Indian origin living in the Greater Houston and surrounding areas, on issues of common interest and concern. Waugh Bridge Bat Colony Pontoon Boat Tours. Visit Houston's newly discovered Mexican Free-tailed Bat Colony! Guests on these tours will enjoy an amazing view of the bats' dusk emergence from our boats on the bayou's waters. Over 250,000 bats call Waugh Bridge home. Where Clouds Disperse: Ink Paintings by Suh Se-ok.  Over his 40-year career, Suh Se-ok has incorporated his traditional training with his Modernist sensibility to create dynamic works that embody his artistic vision. He has been especially transfixed by the figurative form and has continually explored and perfected it until it evolved into powerful formal gestures of simple lines that comprise his definitive pictorial vocabulary.
