1st Annual CKC StART Street & Urban Arts 2008-2009 Student Exhibition . 5-10pm. Houston events at Aerosol Warfare Gallery, 2110 Jefferson at Hutchins, Suite 113, Houston, Texas 77003. Noche Caliente. 8pm. The Diaz Music Institute presents Noche Caliente featuring flautist and Latin Grammy winner Nestor Torres! Additionally, legendary salsa trombonist from New York, Willie Colon and Soulsa Caliente will be performing. Where Clouds Disperse: Ink Paintings by Suh Se-ok. Over his 40-year career, Suh Se-ok has incorporated his traditional training with his Modernist sensibility to create dynamic works that embody his artistic vision. He has been especially transfixed by the figurative form and has continually explored and perfected it until it evolved into powerful formal gestures of simple lines that comprise his definitive pictorial vocabulary.
