Black Cod / Salmon Kasuzuke Recipe

Yield: 3 servings
3 Slices Fish
1/4 pound Kasuzuke
1/3 cup water
1 to 2 tbsp. sake
1 to 2 tbsp. mirin
Mix together kasuzuke, water, sake, and mirin. Add fish and
marinate at least 12 hours. Remove and scrape marinade from fish
pieces. Broil until done.
