Suimono Clear Soup Recipe
				Ingredients: 
				 
           3 C Dashi (prepared 
				soup base)
           1 tsb soy sauce          
           1 tsb salt  
           1 tsb sake 
				
				
				Bring soup stock to a boil, turn off the heat, add salt, soy 
				sauce and sake, serve while hot. May add mushrooms,
				kamaboko (fish cake), clams, boiled 
				chicken, daikon sprouts, tofu cubes.
