Pork and Vegetable and Miso Soup Recipe

 

Ingredients:
 
           1 tsb. oil            
           1 cup pork, sliced very thin       
           1/2 cup gobo, slivered     
           3 Aburage, sliced and rinsed 
           1/2 cup daikon, slivered            
           1/4 cup carrots, slivered
           1/2 cup konnyaku, slice, boil, and cool
           1/4 cup green onions, sliced
           5 cups dashi
           1/3 cup miso

Heat pan with oil and sauté pork. Add vegetables and dashi. Bring to a full boil. Whip in miso and garnish with green onions. Serve immediately.
